Terms and Conditions
All our guests are asked to respect our smoke free policy throughout the house. Guests who ignore this request will be asked to pay a £50 room cleaning fee and/or asked to leave immediately.

Prices and room availability on request.
A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night of your stay is requested to secure bookings, this is payable by debit/credit card. On payment of deposit, all bookings will be confirmed in writing or by email.

Supplement Charges
Supplement charged for single occupancy of double, twin or family room and for one night stays.
Reduced rate (50%) for children under 15 sharing a family or triple room with parents.

A small surcharge applies to bookings made on-line.
