• All our guests are asked to respect our smoke free policy throughout the house. Guests who ignore this request will be asked to pay a £50 room cleaning fee and/or asked to leave immediately.

• A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is requested to confirm bookings, either by cheque (made payable to "Colin House") or by debit card over the phone. On payment of the deposit, all bookings will be confirmed in writing.

• Supplement charged for single occupancy of double, twin or family room.
• Reduced Rates (50%) for children under 15 sharing family room with parents.
  
• A small surcharge applies to bookings made on-line.
