Terms and Conditions

• All our guests are asked to respect our smoke free policy throughout the house. Guests who ignore this request will be asked to pay a £50 room cleaning fee and/or asked to leave immediately.
  
• Prices and room availability on request.
• A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is requested to secure bookings, either by cheque (made payable to "Colin House") or by debit card over the phone. On payment of deposit, all bookings will be confirmed in writing.
  

Supplement Charges

• Supplement charged for single occupancy of double, twin or family room and for one night stays during high season.
• Reduced rate (50%) for children under 15 sharing a family room with parents.
  
• A small surcharge applies to bookings made on-line.
